• How often have you ordered new furniture only to find that delivery schedules are heavily restricted to times when you're at work?
• Or taken delivery of a large item only to find that the one person delivery team is surprisingly unable to manage on their own?
• Or, perhaps worse still, have you received a delivery you've been eagerly anticipating only to find that because it wasn't secured in the back of the lorry, it's broken and needs to go back?

Most of these situations have happened to us all. Things can get broken in transit, but using a good delivery service should ensure that everything is secured properly and that breakages are a rarity rather than the norm. And, should it really be necessary to take an entire day off work because the delivery schedule can't be any more precise than a given date between 8 in the morning and 6 at night? At DreamWorks we don't think the service of delivery should take a backseat.

Secure Delivery

All items are secured on the delivery lorry. The lorry is specially fitted to take items that are easily breakable and the delivery driver, or delivery team, are experienced in handing kitchens and these types of goods. This means that when your kitchen arrives at your door, it will be in the appropriate number of pieces and looking as good as when it left the warehouse; not something guaranteed by all kitchen suppliers.

Delivery Teams To Match Delivery Size

In terms of kitchen fitting, anything larger than a tap or a stool tends to require more than one delivery person. It's common sense, and it's something our delivery teams abide by. Your kitchen units and kitchen appliances will be delivered by at least a two-person delivery team. This means you won't be expected to lend a hand moving heavy furniture. Instead, our experienced delivery team will handle it all for you.

A Delivery Time To Suit

We will consult with you to determine the best delivery time. We will try our utmost to work around your schedule and have the kitchen delivered when it is most suitable for you. We will do our best to coordinate delivery so that it coincides with any fitting requirements and schedules. We strive to be a customer friendly kitchen supplier in all aspects.

We also attempt to have the items delivered as quickly as possible, and can usually guarantee delivery within a week of your order. While some deliveries may have a small charge associated with them, this isn't usually the case, especially if you're ordering a reasonable number of items. At DreamWorks we do what we can to make the whole new kitchen experience a stress-free one.
